HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will find the order in your account in the orders tab and you will receive an email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will receive another email saying your order has been dispatched.

HOW TO MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT FIT

HOW TO TAILOR MY EVENING DRESS OR GOWN

You could please refer to our Instant Tailoring page for simple adjustments. If you need custom tailoring you will have to ask for it in the notes section upon ordering and a professional will be able to visit your address for a fee.
