HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will find the order in your account in the orders tab and you will receive an email stating that your order has been processed. Once the order is on its way, you will receive another email saying your order has been dispatched.

DO YOU HAVE AN IN-HOUSE TAILOR

Yes we do! Alterations are available at all of our locations. Our professional in-house tailors can easily note down your requirements and deliver your desired outcome.

CAN I TRY ON THE DRESS UPON RECEIVING MY ORDER?

You can try your dress upon arrival, as long as you make your purchase through a debit/credit card.

If you refuse to receive your order. We will make a quality check and if the piece passes the check we will issue a refund within 5 to 7 working days.
