* Working Days are Sunday to Thursday

* Same day delivery orders are processed on all days of the week and available only in Greater Cairo & Giza .

* Free delivery for orders over 7,000 EGP and will be applied automatically upon checkout (Applies to Standard Delivery Only).

* International orders take approx. 4-7 working days. International orders might be subjected to an Import Tax according to the rules of the customs within your residing country.

* Reliability is key that’s why we deal with the best delivery couriers. Please make sure someone is present at home or work address to accept the delivery. If no one is available the item will be returned to our locations, and re-delivering would incur a fee.

* We acknowledge that buying an evening gown online with no return policy can be intimidating. That's why we offer a try-on-door before you buy policy. All you have to do is choose the payment method for "Fitting Upon Delivery".

* You can only try 2 different dresses/sizes per order and

* If you wish to try more than 2 pieces you will need to make a separate order.

* (Fitting upon delivery applies to orders within Egypt only)

* If you refuse to receive the dress we will collect it back, then perform a quality check to ensure that the dress is in perfect condition and with all its labels attached.

* If the check is complete and the dress is in perfect condition, we will refund the full amount (excluding multiple shipping fees) to your card within 3-7 working days.

* Unfortunately, If the dress failed the quality check, we will clearly indicate the issues and we will not be able to refund the amount payed.

We don’t return or exchange any of our evening dresses.
